Planning the Party.....

Be sure to plan ahead and make you child’s special day stress free and lots of fun for every body

Step 1: Send out you invites ensuring your RSVP gives you 2 weeks to plan with the correct numbers.

Step 2: Choose your themed hamper, add any extra numbers and order

Step 3: Order your party bags

Step 4: Plan your itinerary, depending on the age of your party, you may want to add more time or more activities. Make sure your itinerary is age appropriate so that younger children with shorter attention spans find instructions and activities simple and fun.

Step 5: Get help! Parties run best with a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children. For larger parties this may not be possible but it is always advisable to have at least 2 adults so that you can tackle different tasks at the same time. If you are short on space and the craft table needs to be turned into the tea table, plan an activity after crafts to give you enough time to reset the table.
